Camping

Helping Dad build the tent. Boss thought camping was the BEST IDEA EVER. Like his Dad, he would do this every weekend if he could. He was ecstatic the first morning that he woke up in the tent. He couldn't believe we were still in it.

On a hike around the campgrounds.

My beautiful flowers that Verity and Gethey picked for me.

Duplos with Dad

The kids are very into building houses with duplos right now. They say, "Look at my house, Mommy!" with such pride in their eyes.

A Wedding

Dancing with my babies.

Last month we went to our dear friend's wedding. Matthew was the Best Man and it was a beautiful ceremony. The kiddos had a blast at the reception. It was very kid friendly which was wonderful!

This girl was wide eyed at the sight of the bride. She said she was the most beautiful person in the world. She asked me a gazillion questions about her dress. Most important of which was did I know where she bought it because she wants to wear the exact same one when she gets married.

How cute is my boy? Too cute, I know.

Raiding the wedding table. Not shown is him hiding under this table later with the bowl of treats spilled on the floor helping himself.

A girl and her Daddy. They thought the dancing was the best thing ever. Boss has been asking me to dance with him throughout the day ever since the wedding.

Babies in Strollers

On our weekly walk down by the Fort and river. These girlies and their dolls melt my heart. Their dolls are always on their hips and come everywhere with them. Gethey has renamed her doll "Savio Katheryn" after my friend Heather's darling little boy and me. I'm lucky to have gotten the middle name slot. The way they carry on about Baby Savio, I'm surprised her baby isn't named "Savio Savio."

And my baby. Who is now 23 months old. You all know I'm gonna be extra mushy next month when he turns TWO.

My Birthday

For my birthday this year we went out to a fun restaurant called Slappy Cakes.

You get to make your own pancakes right on your table and they have lots of fun flavors of batter and a variety of toppings.

The requests were a dinosaur (B), a Minnie Mouse (V), and a hedgehog (G). Feel free to use your imagination.

That's my red velvet pancake cookin'. Umhmm.
